كارثة جنوب طوكر
تحدثت التقارير الاخبارية ووكالات الانباء المحلية والعالمية عن الكارثة الانسانية التي وقعت في مناطق عريرب ومرافيت والمناطق المتاثرة بفيضان خور (شبايت) الواقع في محلية عقيق جنوب طوكر حيث افادت الانباء عن وفاة (12) شخص وفقدان (16 ) اخرين ونفوق (1000) راس من الماشية وتدمير (2000) منزل هذا حسب الارقام والاحصائيات الاولية المتوفرة ومازال البحث جاري عن مزيد من الضحايا وحصر الخسائر في الارواح والممتلكات ويعيش السكان في تلك المناطق النائية اوضاع انسانية (مزرية) حيث يعيشون في العراء بعد ان فقدوا مساكنهم وقطعانهم التي يعتمدون عليها في العيش ودمرت حياتهم بشكل كامل
السلطات المحلية تجاهلت الكارثة وتعاملت معها ببرود (متعمد ) ولم تورد وسائل الاعلام الحكومية خبر الكارثة التي تناقلتها وكالات الاعلام الدولية وهي بذلك تمارس نهج (التعتيم الاعلامي) الذي تتعامل به في كل مايتعلق باوضاع اقليم شرق السودان الجهود الاهلية (المحدودة) مستمرة لانقاذ ضحايا الكارثة وهي في حاجة للدعم العاجل والمساندة من المنظمات الانسانية المحلية والدولية .
مركز شرق السودان لحقوق الانسان (CESHR) يتقدم بالتعازي لاسر الشهداء ويدعوا المنظمات الانسانية المحلية والدولية لاخذ زمام المبادرة والتحرك العاجل لانقاذ الضحايا قبل ان يتفاقم الوضع بصورة اكثر كارثية بسبب نقص الغذاء و المخاطر الصحية المتوقعة من انتشار الامراض والاوبئة

يتوجه مركز شرق السودان لحقوق الانسان (CESHR) بنداء انساني عاجل الي منظمات الامم المتحدة (UN) والاتحاد الاوربي
(EU)وهيئة المعونة الامريكية (USAID) وبرنامج الغذاء العالمي (WFP)وهيئات الاغاثة والمنظمات الانسانيةالعاملة في السودان ومنظمات الاغاثة الوطنية والضمير الانساني العالمي والمحلي بالاسراع لغوث السكان من الجوع بمناطق
(الاوليب)(طوكر)(جبيت المعادن)(عقيق)
الواقعة في أقليم البحر الاحمر شرق السودان حيث تؤكد التقارير الواردة من المناطق المنكوبة ارتفاع مطردللوفيات
(35)(70)(21)(45) نسمةعلي التوالي ونفوق اكثر من 2590راس من المواشي حتي تاريخ اصدار هذا النداء في اليوم الجمعة الموافق( 11/12/2009م ) الساعة الثامنة مساءا الخامسة مساءا بالتوقيت العالمي (غرينتش) ونتوقع تفاقم الوضع الانساني في المناطق المنكوبة لاسيماء وان السلطات المحلية تجاهلت الكارثة الامر الذي سيترتب عليه موجات نزوح وهجرة السكان من المناطق المنكوبة في اتجاه الميناء المدينة الرئيسة (بورتسودان)وبقية مدن الاقليم .
مركز شرق السودان لحقوق الانسان (CESHR) يتوجه الي ابناء شعبنا في الاقليم والناجين من ضحايا (الكارثة) الانسانية في المناطق المنكوبة (الاوليب) (طوكر)(جبيت المعادن)(عقيق) باحر التعاذي والمواساة في الارواح الطاهرة التي فقدت نسأل الله لهم المغفرة والجنة ونؤكد التزامنا الدائم بالوقوف الي جانب اهلنا وندعوهم للتعاون والتكاتف والتراحم حتي تنتهي هذه المحنة سائلين المولي عز وجل اللطف بنا .

Spoken news reports and news agencies, local and global humanitarian disaster that occurred in the areas Arerb and Mravet and regions affected by the flooding creek (Chaabait) situated in the local Agate south of Tokar, where reportedly the death of (12) people and the loss of (16) others, and death (1000) head of cattle and the destruction of (2000) house that, according to figures and statistics available raw and still look current for more victims and the losses in lives and property and the residents live in those remote areas and the humanitarian situation (sorry) where they live in the open after they had lost their homes and their herds they depend upon to live and lives have been destroyed fully
Local authorities had ignored the disaster and treated coldly (deliberately) did not give the state media news of the disaster that reported by international media agencies and thus exercise approach (media opacity), which is dealing in all aspects of the situations of the territory of eastern Sudan
Efforts of civil (Limited) continued to rescue victims of the disaster, the need for emergency support and support from local humanitarian organizations and international organizations.
Centre for East Sudan Human Rights Commission (CESHR) lead condolences to the families of martyrs and call local humanitarian organizations and international to take the initiative and immediately to save the victims before it exacerbates the situation in a more catastrophic because of lack of food and health hazards expected from the spread of diseases
